Skoen fra Riis Sko

Ok, so I really needed a pair of sneakers. My old faux-converse just were no longer cutting it and I abhor wearing my gym sneakers for anything other than the gym (plus they are highly unattractive with skinny jeans). This meant trying to find "cheap" shoes in Copenhagen. This is not possible. Denmark is extremely expensive and nothing you buy is ever really what you'd consider cheap in the US.

Basically what it comes down to is that I spent an obscene amount of money on a new pair of Converse because I needed them (especially before I leave next week) and I'm short on time to go on a proper shoe hunt. But since I did end up spending so much I bought them from "Riis Sko" for fun since the price was the same at all the stores in the mall anyway.

On the up side I bought a second hand jacket from a street market thing a few weekends ago and so it didn't cost me my life savings. Note to self: buy all things in DK at second hand places.
